As seen above, the numbers support the experts’ belief that Racism is the main reason Dr. Sasaki got convicted, & more importantly, why he remains convicted.  This systemic racism will never be overcome as long as the very demographic which is in charge of the criminal justice system (Judiciary, “Justice” Department, & Law Enforcement)(namely, white men), is the same one who is also in charge of oversight of it, through media, exoneration organizations, and the law makers.

Other than to remain on top, one reason why racism continues amongst whites is ignorance.  This doesn’t mean that they are stupid…it just means they are, willfully or inadvertently, unaware, & often avoid the issue of racism.  In fact, most whites who visit this page will never read this entire page.

Consider this:   In Hawaii, where only ~30% of the population are white, and the Hawaiian monarchy was overthrown by whites, there IS racism against whites.

However, the President (Biden then Trump), Hawaii Governor (Josh Green), Honolulu Mayor (Rick Blangiardi), District Attorney (Steve Alm), Police Chiefs (Arthur Logan, Rade Vanic, now David Lazar), one of two U.S. Senators (Brian Schatz), one of two U.S. Representatives (Ed Case), the U.S. Attorney (Clare Connors), half of the judges (eg, current & former U.S. District Court Chief Judges Watson & Seabright), the largest land owners (Ellison & Zuckerberg), most of the news casters (eg, Joe Moore), University of Hawaii leadership (eg, Pres Lassner & Hensel, Provost Bruno, & Dean Shomaker), etc are all white.

So in reality, even in a state where whites are in the minority, they still enjoy a privilege of having their own dominate positions of power which no other nonwhite ethnicity nor race gets to enjoy ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.  In fact, the place where whites are most discriminated against in the U.S. (read about the repeated mention by white led media of “Kill Haole Day” despite lack of documented incidents; as well as statistics tabulated by the white U.S. attorney showing that whites are the most discriminated/hated against), is still less discrimination than any other nonwhite experiences anywhere in America.

However, most whites are oblivious to this & certainly will not acknowledge this.  Instead of wonder, “wow, if I can experience racism, even in a place where almost every single leadership position is filled by my own race, I can only imagine what type of racism nonwhites experience where they don’t have such an advantage” (which is anywhere in the US), whites instead take this discrimination to mean that “whites can suffer from racism just as much as others” or “we can overcome racism, why can’t others?”.  This is similar to the Dunning-Kruger effect, where those who have limited experience in a field over-estimate their knowledge or competence in that field.

Consider that, just as Native Americans, Native Hawaiians have endured more than a century of discrimination & oppression by whites.   But in the first hate crime prosecuted in Hawaii in over 20 years, prosecuted 7 years after the incident, the white led government chose to go after Native Hawaiians over an assault on a white man not from Hawaii to send a message. A white judge presided over their convictions.  So the main difference between white & nonwhite injustices is that white injustices are vindicated.

History is written by the victor, & no race has won more than whites.  So even those who should not be heroes, are hailed as heroes such as Abraham Lincoln, who saw blacks as inferior, blamed blacks for the Civil War, & only freed the blacks because he had to.  Remember that Germany annexed most of Europe so America called themselves heroes for liberating Europe.  However, when Japan attacked U.S. occupying forces in Hawaii, the U.S. who had illegally annexed the Kingdom of Hawaii in U.S. President Grover’s own words, portrayed themselves as the victims of a dastardly attack.  There are many more examples.

We live in a society where a convicted white man with money can buy the most powerful job on the planet (getting no jail time of course), with the help of many whites, especially men, but not convicted non whites have trouble keeping a job for minimum wage.  The white male rioters of the Jan 6th Insurgents were saved by white male President Trump despite assaulting police officers.  White makes right in America.

This is why the ignorance continues.

Exoneration Organizations are led by Whites in order to ensure Systemic Racism continues in American Criminal Justice

Many people, especially whites, are made to believe that exoneration & related organizations are doing their best to right the wrongs of the deeply flawed criminal justice system.  But this is not true.  In fact, the exact opposite is happening.  Here’s how.

If you do research on exoneration organizations, such as the Exoneration Project, you will find that they are all led by whites.  Even those who have a person of color “in charge” you will discover that they are not in fact in charge & that whites run the show (see examples below).

There are many reason for this.

One reason is that these exoneration organizations receive a deluge of money intended to correct the criminal justice system.  This means that well-intentioned money is actually used to perpetuate the system.  For example, they do NOT name the names of judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, etc responsible for wrongful convictions.  They do NOT put a face or name to these injustices.  Why?  Because almost all of these perpetrators & predators are whites in power, JUST LIKE THOSE IN CHARGE OF THE EXONERATION ORGANIZATIONS.  It is not an exaggeration to say that many of them are relatives, friends, or associates of each other, being on first name bases & knowing each other’s families.

Specifically with Dr. Sasaki’s case, there has been numerous instances where exoneration & related organizations have refused to help Dr. Sasaki due to racism or the desire to avoid highlighting the obvious racism in Dr. Sasaki’s case.  In these examples, while they are technically led by people of color, they are CLEARLY funded by & interested in protecting the white male status quo.

1. Yale Criminal Justice Advocacy Clinics

Yale Criminal Justice Advocacy Clinics, purportedly led by Miriam Gohara, refused to help Dr. Sasaki, an Asian, & told him to get help from another organization because he was convicted in Ohio, even though Yale is handling the case of a white man convicted in Ohio, Anthony Viola, who even had the same incompetent white defense attorney, Jerome “Jay” Milano.  In response to questioning about this obvious discrepancy, the Law Clinic said that portions of Yale handle white Ohio convicts appeals like Anthony Viola’s, but would not handle Asian Dr. Sasaki’s appeal.  In fact, two law students of color have been assigned by white lawyer supervisors at Wiggin and Dana, to help Mr. Viola, a white man.

2. Physician Just Equity (PJE)

A 501c3 non-profit organization, supposedly led by Pringl Miller, M.D., is actually improperly run by another 501c6 organization, AAPS, which is classified as an extreme right organization that has been repeatedly accused of racism & attacked those who accused them of racism as well as support fake science. 

501c6 AAPS improperly & clandestinely controls many 501c3 nonprofits such as the American Health Legal Foundation.  They will even have their own employees do work for & spend hours “helping” PJE such as AAPS Business Manager Jeremy Snavely, a paid employee of AAPS, despite not being listed in any of PJE’s literature.  The IRS is renown for being racist, so will do nothing to audit these white allies who help maintain the status quo of society.

The majority of those assigned to vet Dr. Sasaki’s case was white, such as Dr. Roberta Gebhard, despite PJE’s advertised board being mostly nonwhite, but they did take >$100s of gifts from Dr. Sasaki’s allies.  In fact, one of those who was most vocal on behalf of PJE against Dr. Sasaki, was Mr. Snavely, who is not surprisingly white.  To disguise their racist refusal to help Dr. Sasaki, they actually accused Dr. Sasaki of anti-semitism (see below), which is a well-known trope used to gas-light, discredit, & sow dissent.

When Dr. Sasaki’s allies, including Jewish defended him & PJE was confronted with their own malfeasance, PJE terminated discussions with Dr. Sasaki.

Non-Whites Rise Up by Playing Ball with Whites

This is a very important point: Those non-whites who have risen up in a society dominated by white men in power are almost certainly allied with them, instead of opposing them.

Take Dr. Sasaki’s trial judge Chief Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr., a black man who rose up in the ranks in a judiciary which was exclusively white.  Perhaps he just bit his lip & kept his head down, but based on his not just condoning but facilitating, protecting, & covering up the white prosecution team’s wrongful conviction of Dr. Sasaki, Judge Oliver showed that he was promoted by whites because he was, in the words of Dr. Sasaki’s brothers still in prison, an Uncle Tom, House N-word person, just like Clarence Thomas.  The longer Dr. Sasaki remains convicted, the more you know this is true. 

Even Jewish feel that what other Jews did to Dr. Sasaki is WRONG

Some experts such as Jewish Professor, Kathy Boudin, have called out other Jewish for discriminating against Dr. Sasaki, an Asian goy/gentile (non-Jewish).  Prof Boudin said “I apologize for what the Jews from NYU and the Justice Department did to you. It’s obvious that they made you pay for crimes that they committed. We Jewish should know better than to treat someone poorly because they are not our same kind. One day some of us will help you right their wrongs, tzedakah, and show you that we are not all like that.“

When people, especially white & especially Jewish, discover that Jews discriminated against Dr. Sasaki, most say, without looking at the evidence, that “they must have had a good reason” or that Dr. Sasaki is antisemitic for pointing that out.

In response, Dr. Dennis Barson, said: “I am Jewish and of both Ashkenazi and Sephardic heritage. Dr. Sasaki has nothing but respect for people of all creeds, races, and ethnicities…He is NOT in any way anti-Semitic or racist. He’s the furthest thing from that label one can get. As a Jew, I never experienced any bigotry or animosity towards Jews by him.

The comments on his webpage by the late Dr. Boudin of Columbia University are poignant for their content delineating how her as a Jew felt regarding his prosecution and how as Jews we have extraordinary insight into atrocities and bigotry towards our own people for centuries. The freeing of the Hebrews by Moses, the Babylonian occupation, the Roman occupation, the Crusades, the Inquisition, countless pogroms, the Holocaust, etc. Dr. Sasaki is a kind empathetic and not a bigot at all.”  Dr. Barson should know, because he himself was discriminated against & crucified by other Jews.

Dr. William Hurwitz, a Jewish hero & trailblazer in the advocate of pain patients, concluded after seeing the evidence in Dr. Sasaki’s case, that “Your case is very different from my own.  You were framed.” 

“And as a jew, that goes against what being a mentsh, an ethical jew means”, said Ada Smoler Eisenberg, Professor at Universidad ORT México “I grew up in a Jewish family.  Both my parents were Medical Doctors.  I was taught that Judaism stands for two very important principles: PRESERVING LIFE and PRESERVING AN ETHICAL AND FAIR SOCIETY…I hope Terry and all the American SKIPS have their named cleared.  I hope the American System cleanses itself and starts doing what it’s supposed to do: let their citizens be HEALTHY humans in all areas of their lives by sustaining a FAIR SOCIETY.”  

It is not right to put all Jewish in the same boat.

It is true that >50% of all those who participated in Dr. Sasaki’s wrongful conviction & NYU retaliation/cover-up were Jewish, which is 25 times out of proportion to their prevalence in the U.S.  And it is also true that in both the Ohio criminal case & NYU fraud against the U.S. Veterans case, it was Jewish who were actually committing the crimes (eg, Marilyn & Burt Mendel, Dr. Edward Cheslow, Dr. Robert I. Grossman, Dr. Alec Megibow, Dr. Carol Bernstein, Dr. Edmond Knopp, Dr. Elissa Kramer, Dr. Howard Banner, etc) & Jewish who had Asian goy Dr. Sasaki take the fall for them (eg, U.S. Attorney & now ATF director Steven Dettelbach; SDNY U.S. District Court Judge Henry Pitman, chief AUSA Rebecca C. Martin).

But those Jewish who discriminated against Dr. Sasaki are NOT representative of all Jews or even Jews generally.

For example, ALL Jewish who attacked Dr. Sasaki were white.  ALL Jewish who attacked Dr. Sasaki were professionals & in positions of power.  Those Jewish who showed racism against Dr. Sasaki were overwhelmingly men.  And not all Jewish who crucified Dr. Sasaki were religious or practicing Jews.  

So it is disrespectful to Jews of color, Jewish women, impoverished Jews, & others to put all Jewish in the same basket of having perpetrated acts against Dr. Sasaki or being the kind of people to do so.  This generalization is one reason for HATE that continues to perpetuate against the Jewish community.  A Jewish female pharmacist with nothing to gain, Jennifer Rabbin, took the time to verify that the prescriptions were wrongfully attributed to Dr. Sasaki & actually faked.  She is yet another heroine in a long line of Jewish heroines.

Consider the claim that Jews dominated the slave industry in America.  Jews most certainly avidly participated & benefited from the slave trade (for eg, Jewish DeWolf, Levy, Lopez, etc shipholders in 1800s despite slavery bans), despite active attempts even now to suppress that evidence, (see the Jewish Encyclopedia of 1901: Documents Illustrative of the History of the Slave Trade to America, Washington, D.C., 1930-1935, Elizabeth Donnan, 4 Vols as well as Bartlett’s or Arnold’s History of the State of Rhode Island for further reading).  Many Jewish around the world also profited from the slave trade., such as in the Dutch colonies.  But this was by far the minority of Jewish.

Another example would be the hate that has been inflicted on Jewish for what Israel has done to Palestine, with Israeli rabbis saying that they should not spare Palestinian civilians or children.  While ~75% of Israel identify as Jewish & certainly the country is run by Jewish, what they do cannot be attributed on all Jewish.  It would be akin to calling all Germans Nazis.  The Jewish come from all walks of life and are just as beautiful as a whole as other races.  

Stop Jew on Jew Hate as well as Jew on Non-Jew Hatred

Jewish have a long history of discrimination towards non-Jews & also of favoritism towards Jewish (prosemitism), such as charging goys/gentiles (non-Jews) interest but not Jews.  Despite suppression of this evidence, there is lots of examples of Jewish hatred towards goys/gentiles such as Chairman of the Jewish Rabbinical Council Dov Lior.  Despite supposed Jewish distancing from Lior, Lior remains a very prominent, admired, & extremely financially supported Chief Rabbi in the Jewish community who decreed that “…a thousand non-Jewish lives are not worth a Jew’s fingernail”.

But even between Jewish, there is drastic discrimination against Jews of color, with Ashkenormativity a term related to the privilege Ashkenazi Jews of European descent (white Jews) exercise over Sephardi, Kizrahi, Ethiopian, & other Jews of color.   Non-white Jews report microaggressions, exclusion, & questioning regarding their Jewish identity by white Jews, especially in America.  Consider supporting the jewsofcolorinitiative.org & their important work researching Jew on Jew racism (see the report attached).  It is interesting that while white Jewish have created a term, antisemitism, which they sometimes weaponize against goys/gentiles, there is no similar term to describe their own discrimination against other Jews they see as beneath them.

Even beyond just religious settings with segregation, & exclusion from religious leadership & rituals, the Jewish community discriminates against their own women & women in general.  The pay gap between the sexes is even larger in Jews than non-Jews.  And while the domestic abuse rates are similar amongst Jews & non-Jews, there was FAR less support for Jewish women victims in the Jewish community.  Perhaps one reason for this ongoing Jewish sexism & angst is due to Jewish women, especially white Jewish women, overwhelming support of people of color.

White Jewish men in positions of power cannot be fairly placed in the same category as many other Jews.  For eg, even though Jewish represent <0.2% of the world’s population & only ~2% of the U.S. population, Jews, almost exclusively white Jews, largely men, represent ~20% of the world’s richest.  Almost exclusively white Jewish have held positions of power well out of proportion to their general population prevalence.  For example, they represent: 11% of Supreme Court Justices (7% all time); ~15% of lawyers; ~14% of doctors; dominance over media outlets, over representation in business leadership, etc.  In fact, the out of proportion rates by which white Jews dominate positions of power in the very industries they claim to be discriminated in are so astronomical, that these same Jews resist statistics tabulating their prevalence from being compiled.  Some experts say that this power means that white Jews are more capable of discriminating against others than being discriminated against themselves.  Dr. Sasaki does not know enough about this topic to say.

However, it is very important to realize that just as with blacks, even Jewish, who have a long history of being discriminated against, can be capable of horrific racism themselves (eg, genocide of Palestinians – see this report; white Jews discrimination against black Jews).  And while there are those Jews who will look the other way when other Jews commit discrimination, it is wrong, regardless of whether it is whites, Jewish, blacks, Asians, or others doing that.  Racism should always be called out or it will fester & propagate as it has in Dr. Sasaki’s case.

White Jews were rescued by Non-Jewish Americans so should show a little appreciation. 

While white Jews were being exterminated by the millions by white Germans, more than three million Americans decided to rescue the white Jews, even though they had nothing to gain themselves, it would take them thousands of miles away from their own loved ones, & it could have & did cost them their very lives.  Over 20,000 of them were Asian Americans (Japanese & Chinese) such as Dr. Sasaki’s own family (see “Unlikely Liberators”).  Almost 200,000 Americans lost their lives (almost 1,000 Asian Americans) in Europe in order to provide freedom for these white Jews.  This does not count the over 40 million troops from other countries such as the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc who also sent non-Jewish troops to save Jews (~12 million military deaths).  And it wasn’t just men.

And these white Jews were not just given an entire country to migrate to (taken from people of color like the Palestinians), but also much additional help from multiple countries (which included several countries of people of color such as China (read about Ho Feng Shan), Japan, Bulgaria, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, etc).  Obviously, it does not repair the damage that white Germans caused these white Jews but the help & aid was provided to these white Jews by those who were not white Germans.  These Americans owed these white Jews nothing but still sacrificed for them.

In the NYU case, white Jews such as NYU’s Dr. Robert I. Grossman, who has a medical school named after him, & other white Jews defrauded the U.S. Veterans and Veterans Administration of over a hundred million dollars.  When Dr. Sasaki, whose family had been WWII & Korean war U.S. Vets, blew the whistle on them, he was terminated, discredited, & targeted for wrongful prosecution by whites, such as Jews.  It appears to experts who have examined the NYU evidence, that these white Jews did not seem to feel any gratitude for any Vet or person of color & appeared to believe that they got their positions of power due to their own hard work overcoming discrimination AGAINST THEM.

While whites including Jewish men in power (more than two dozen of the four dozen) were responsible for Dr. Sasaki’s wrongful termination from NYU & conviction, Dr. Sasaki refuses to believe that ALL professional white Jewish men are like this.  Perhaps one day, one of them will help correct what their colleagues have done.

There was one white Jewish professional man, Lawrence Robbins, who did spend time in an initial consultation to verify that the fatal Ruan error was indeed in Dr. Sasaki’s case.  However, he told Dr. Sasaki that he demanded at least $100,000 to start litigating the case & also neglected to inform Dr. Sasaki, that in the Sixth Circuit, a legal error, even as atrocious as Ruan’s, would not have been successful by itself on appeal (so he would get Dr. Sasaki’s money to not help him).  Mr. Robbins stated that he put in many free hours for Dr. Hurwitz, because he was a fellow Jew, & would not do so for Asian Dr. Sasaki.

So far, all other white Jewish professional men (such as civil rights attorney Eric Seitz, former Hawaii Supreme Court Justice Steven Levinson) who Dr. Sasaki & his allies have approached have refused to help, discouraged Dr. Sasaki from pursuing exoneration, &/or actually tried to actively sabotage Dr. Sasaki’s chances for exoneration.  Unfortunately, they were very, very reluctant to shine light on their peers’ misconduct.

You can decide based on their actions or inactions whether these white Jewish professional men in positions of power consider themselves more white professional men OR Jewish, but almost all of them shield themselves behind the cover of Jewish sympathy.  Jewish exploitation of Holocaust sympathy is just one example.  The weaponization of “Anti-Semitism” such as by those lobbying for Israel is another.  White Jewish professional men who don’t fall in line are often called anti-semitic themselves like Bernie Sanders.

But Professor Boudin believed that some Jews may one day show the same virtue as those Americans, such as Dr. Sasaki’s family members, who had nothing to gain but still came to the rescue of Jews before.

Dr. Sasaki’s continued wrongful conviction is everyone’s problem

Dr. Sasaki remains convicted because while Whites conspired & cooperated to retaliate against him by wrongfully convicting him, few, whether they be white, Jewish, men, Asian, or others want to step up.  These elitist jews benefit from the same shield that Zionist Israel does.  

Dr. Sasaki was made to pay for crimes committed by others.  Perhaps one day, others will make sure that they are held responsible.  Until then, Dr. Sasaki will remain wrongfully convicted.  Now you know why.
