A SKIP is a Still Konvicted Innocent Person, who has been SKIPped over by the “justice” system. We use the “K” for conviction because there is something severely wrong with the conviction & we don’t want to validate it by spelling it correctly. There are over one hundred thousand SKIPs in the United States.
While he may be by far the most serious example, Dr. Sasaki is one of over >2,000 medical professionals who have been targeted by the U.S. Government. Most of them are women & minorities.

We are not aware of any case where the confessor to multiple felonies which supposedly endanger lives is not taken away in handcuffs, arrested, or detained immediately. But Dr. Sasaki was indicted and arrested almost three years AFTER he supposedly “confessed.” Interesting?

“Where things become criminal is when a company takes a physician’s information and starts phoning medications in their name without the doctor’s knowledge or consent. This happened to Dr. Terry Sasaki…Dr. Sasaki agreed to review charts for a telemedicine company…He never authorized anyone to prescribe anything in his name. But this didn’t stop the telemedicine company from doing so.”

When Dr. Sasaki became aware that the company he had been just reviewing records for was using his identity to prescribe medications, he called the DEA immediately. They said come on down and tell us all about it. He did, telling them the truth about everything. Championing Truth and Justice for Innocent Convicts, We Demand Dr. Terence Sasaki’s Exoneration
CLEVELAND, OH, September 08, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — The Innocent Convicts Organization, a national exoneration and litigation advocacy nonprofit, together with impassioned advocates, urgently appeals to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for the exoneration of Dr. Terence Sasaki, an Asian American neurologist who suffered nearly a decade of injustice. Dr. Sasaki was falsely accused of narcotic drug distribution and money laundering by an all-white prosecution team and jury. His case is a glaring example of systemic bias and procedural misconduct. (US v Hazelwood ND of OH #10-CR-0150-SO).
Dr. Sasaki’s ordeal began with baseless allegations of authorizing narcotic prescriptions for paying customers over the internet. Despite his proactive reporting of misconduct to the DEA in 2007, he was inexplicably targeted. An examination of the evidence reveals glaring discrepancies in DEA Agent Tyler Parkison’s testimony, multiple versions of notes, and a lack of administrative actions against Dr. Sasaki, even as his prescribing privileges were expanded in 2008.
Independent experts, including pharmacists, have affirmed that Dr. Sasaki was ensnared in a scheme of identity theft and forged prescriptions, supported by pixelated signatures lacking his “MD” designation. Shockingly, no handwriting analysis was ever conducted. DEA Agent Tyler Parkison’s under-oath claim that these signatures were original further taints the prosecution’s case.
Prosecutors cemented their case with perjury, alleging that Dr. Sasaki signed and “profited” from the prescriptions. Yet, court evidence obtained by TIC contradicts these claims, revealing that Dr. Sasaki derived no financial gain from the alleged conspiracy. Dr. Sasaki’s own defense attorneys endorsed these false assertions, corroborating an approximate $100,000 earnings figure for Dr. Sasaki, despite bank records conclusively indicating that he made nothing. These defense attorneys shared confidential emails with the prosecution and testified against Dr. Sasaki, aiding his conviction and safeguarding themselves from potential malpractice and disbarment actions.
In contrast to his alleged co-conspirators, Dr. Sasaki never authorized narcotic prescriptions. Federal court personnel seemingly played a role in impeding his exoneration. The evidence shows that Dr. Sasaki blew the whistle in early 2007, urging the DEA to investigate prescription crimes. Despite this, he was arrested in 2010, raising questions about the delay and motive behind his arrest.
Tyler Parkison’s testimony was the linchpin of the prosecution’s case. However, the inconsistencies in his accounts, coupled with the absence of crucial server metadata, cast serious doubts on the credibility of his testimony.
Dr. Edward Chelsow, a co-defendant in this case, received a one-month prison sentence after testifying in favor of the government’s case against Dr. Sasaki. It was alleged that Dr. Sasaki had recruited Dr. Chelsow to prescribe narcotics. However, during his sworn testimony, Dr. Chelsow admitted that he did not prescribe narcotics while associated with Dr. Sasaki. Instead, he acknowledged doing so afterward, despite Dr. Sasaki warning him of its illegality and advising against it.
Furthermore, Dr. Chelsow disclosed that doctors were required to press an “approve” button to authorize the narcotics. Importantly, DEA Agent Tyler Parkison had previously confirmed that Dr. Sasaki never logged on, thus making it impossible for him to have pressed the “approve” button. This revelation raised significant doubts about Parkison’s initial notes, which contradicted his verbal account of the confession and indicated that Dr. Sasaki neither needed to approve the medications nor had used his DEA number for over a year.

If you click on the image above, you will notice on page 2 of official court & prison documents that Dr. Sasaki was falsely classified as “White, Non-Hispanic” & page 3 as supposedly providing “substantial assistance” (ie, snitch/rat) both which are verifiably NOT true.
None of the >100 court staff or prison personnel would change it, despite Dr. Sasaki’s attempts to correct, in order to perpetuate the lie. Whites often misclassify nonwhites especially Latinos as “whites” to “deflate” racism accusations. Now you know the truth.
Many people who take the time to examine the details of my case discover racial motives for my persecutors, so they ask me:
So you must hate white people? (or black or Jewish)
NO.
While the large majority of those who did this to me, facilitated it, or turned a blind eye are white (all ten of the prosecution team were white), what I have realized is that those who are on the very top, stay there by pitting us against each other like crabs in a barrel.
The 1% on top take 99% and leave the rest of us 99% to fight each other for the 1% scraps.
Whites (& blacks & Jewish & other Asians) who did this to me, perpetuated the crab mentality when they saw me as a successful Asian man, so they tore me down out of jealousy.
So when the black judge sent me to a prison with black men who called me “Chinaman” & punched me in the face because they thought an Asian doctor must be rich, I realized that this was by design by those who crush us from above.
For example, the court staff & prison officials doctored my PSR (presentence report or “papers”) to show that I was a snitch (even though I wasn’t) & the prison guards showed it to black prison shot callers (gang leaders) who then violently reacted as expected.
The court staff & prison officials also put in my PSR that I was a “White, Non-Hispanic” in order to bolster false statistics of how many whites were going to prison to defend against claims of racism.
This fabricated lie ensured that many would falsely believe that the racism complained of by people of color was over exaggerated, again pitting us against each other.
So if there is one thing that I have learned from this experience is that many times, your experience with a certain demographic is often by design, manipulated by those who are on top & will do anything to stay there (eg, OJ’s judge was Asian, my judge was black, so whatever the result, blacks & Asians will look at each other as the enemy; China Virus). Whites have fueled the black vs Asian hate.
We should try to stop this TOP HEAVY society that we Americans live in. It weakens the United States to have a weak foundation of us 99%. The manufactured drug crisis is just another example of lies.
If we prevent the 1% from keeping 99% then we won’t have to fight each other because there will be more than enough for the rest of us. Let us 99% concentrate on the 1% on top who are actually the source of all our problems. We must work together.

How can I help Dr. Terry Sasaki???
You will notice that there is no way on his websites to send him money. No address, no paypal, no gofundme, no donation checkout. That is because money while appreciated would not be the best way you can help Dr. Sasaki.
Because Dr. Sasaki is innocent, the more eyeballs on his case, the more support he will receive.
So one of the best ways to help Dr. Sasaki is to not only spend the time yourself to look into the details of his case but also to urge others to do likewise.
The reason & the way the powers that be did this to Dr. Sasaki is by banking on the laziness of human nature: to not put in the time to look into his case yourself but to trust in the decisions (& ethics) of others. So THEY want you to listen to what a DEA agent claims Dr. Sasaki said, instead of know that they destroyed the tape recording; THEY want you to believe what money an IRS agent purports Dr. Sasaki kept, instead of actually looking at the bank records.
Every day in America, we are taught not to make decisions ourselves but to rely & trust in the decisions of others, like “experts”. EVERY SINGLE person outside of the prosecution, who has actually looked at the evidence in his case, has deemed him innocent. The DEA/DoJ actually fabricated the prescription drug crisis.
In their closing arguments, Dr. Sasaki’s own paid attorneys, Jerome “Jay” Milano, Megan Rha, & DueJong “Jenny” Kim, falsely verified what prosecutors said about Dr. Sasaki making $100k [Tr 886:16756], despite the bank records clearly showing that Dr. Sasaki made NOTHING [Tr Ex.810A/B]. They showed how much they wanted Dr. Sasaki to go to prison by filing affidavits & testifying against Dr. Sasaki to try to give him more time in prison, along with giving the prosecution every single email Dr. Sasaki had ever written them in their over 2 year “confidential attorney-client” relationship. Tellingly, the prosecution couldn’t even use those emails against Dr. Sasaki because they showed he was innocent.
That’s why one of the best ways to help Dr. Sasaki is to urge others to actually go through his case. It will then be obvious that the prosecutors, like Edward Feran, Rebecca Lutzko, & Steven Dettelbach, as well as Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr. actually KNOW & have known that Dr. Sasaki is/was innocent & actively prevent him from getting exonerated. If this can be done to an innocent doctor, with no criminal record, who was not black or brown, they can do this to anyone.
Other help could be coverage by the media, having an attorney or firm who cares more about justice than money, urging other medical professionals to unify against this lawyer attack, moving Veterans to put pressure on the federal government, helping the nonprofits who help him, etc.
NONE of those who have endorsed Dr. Sasaki & vouched for his innocence have been compensated in any way. More importantly, NONE of them have been retaliated against or targeted by the government because the government knows that they will only confirm Dr. Sasaki’s story if they do so.
