We do not condone nor reward illegal activities. We are not trying to employ you. We will not reimburse anyone for any expenses that you incur or expend to try to assist us aside from giving you credit towards potentially receiving the reward or bounty. We do not reward for false, fake, made up, etc evidence &/or info. In fact, we will penalize you when determining who receives the reward or bounty if you provide inaccurate or speculative info.

We will also not reward testimonials or endorsements but may reward those who connect us with those whose testimonials or endorsements may be influential. We are not paying you or anyone else to say Dr. Sasaki is innocent: we are asking for help providing more info & evidence than we already have to prove to others that he is innocent &/or wrongfully convicted (many times, "newly discovered evidence" is necessary for exoneration).

The $5 Million Reward is an estimation based on prior examples & is an accumulation of 3 rewards.

A. Winner(s) (who we will refer to as "Helper"(s)) will receive up to 10% of Dr. Sasaki's share of any civil rights or similar lawsuit which stems from his full exoneration (ie, recover damages from those who wrongfully convicted him). For example, Dr. Sasaki was in custody for ~10 years & Marcel Brown in Chicago was awarded $50 MILLION for ~10 years in prison. And Mr. Brown was not a doctor

Other relief has been $41 Million for Jeffrey Deskovic, $25.2 Million for Eddie Bolden, $25 Million for Thaddeus Jimenez, $23.1 Million for Craig Coley, & $22 Million for Nathson Fields. This 10% will be distributed within one year of Dr. Sasaki actually receiving his share (due to potential for appeals & other unforeseen issues). Dr. Sasaki filed a civil rights lawsuit which was thrown out (because he is still technically convicted) that sought $1 Billion USD in relief (so the winner's share would be $100 Million reward instead of only $5 Million).

The referrer(s) (who we will call "Facilitator"(s)) of the Helper(s) will receive up to 1% instead (which could be worth more than $500,000).

B. On top of this, up to $50,000 will be given to the same Helper(s) immediately upon Dr. Sasaki's full exoneration. This means that all charges are dismissed, dropped, or fail (such as in a re-prosecution) & Dr. Sasaki's criminal record is expunged. An anonymous donor has already put aside this $50,000 reward for this exclusive purpose. The Facilitator(s) of the Helper(s) will receive up to $5,000 instead.

C. In addition, Dr. Sasaki will also match the above $50,000 reward within one year of his full exoneration (as long as a certificate of innocence is issued to him). The Facilitator(s) of the Helper(s) will receive up to $5,000 instead on top of the other $5,000.

WE FULLY GUARANTEE THAT THE REWARDS WILL BE ISSUED IF ALL THE CONDITIONS ARE FULLY MET.

To the extent allowable by law, you can ask that the reward/bounty be given to anyone else, donated to your favorite charity in your name, someone else's name, or anonymously. You do not have to accept the reward/bounty.

Remember that you can receive the Helper Reward (for direct help) AS WELL AS the Facilitator Bounty (for indirect help/referrals).

In other words, both of Dr. Sasaki's convictions must be reversed & neither those charges nor other charges must remain (no new trial). Typically convictions are reversed with an option (like 90 days) for prosecutors to re-prosecute which they rarely choose due to embarrassment & their misconduct the first time. So the reward would only be provided after that time has passed & Dr. Sasaki's criminal record is expunged. If re-prosecution occurs, then Dr. Sasaki must be acquitted (hopefully using the help/info/evidence that you already provided). While a pardon would be appreciated, this is not the same as full exoneration.

A certificate of innocence must be issued for the second $50,000. And obviously a civil rights lawsuit win, that is dependent on exoneration, where Dr. Sasaki actually receives the relief is required for the percentage reward.

The contingency conditions are the same for the bounty.

To reduce bias, a three person expert panel which will not include Dr. Sasaki will decide who wins the rewards &/or bounty as well as what portions they receive. This means that even someone who wronged Dr. Sasaki or that Dr. Sasaki does not like can be rewarded.

These three experts will determine each Helper(s) & Facilitator(s) share if any of the Reward &/or Bounty. Someone can qualify as both a Helper as well as Facilitator (for eg, a media person who both get the word out as well as referred us to those who could provide new evidence).

Dr. Sasaki is not related to any of the experts & the experts are not related to each other. If you or someone you know may be a good expert for us, please inquire. Experts will NOT be compensated until after Dr. Sasaki's full exoneration, criminal record expungement, & certificate of innocence.

Many times the same information, evidence, & advice is provided many times by many people or we already have the information. We will use the Crime Stopper policy of “the first, most accurate tip received” to determine how we give credit to tipsters. In other words, if the information is the same, the one who provided the tip first is given the credit, if there is a later tip which is substantially more accurate, informative, &/or helpful, then that source is given more credit (the first tipster still gets credit just not as much as a later more helpful tipster). Tipsters are welcome & encouraged to update their tips with relevant updates at any time.

We will NOT credit for any info that we already have...although the assumption that we already know the info should not stop you from contacting us.

This is also applicable to referral bounty/finder's fee. In other words, if you connect us with someone who we already have connected with or been referred to, then only if you are more helpful at convincing/persuading them to help would you receive more credit.

You can even remain ANONYMOUS when providing help, evidence, or information &/OR referring others.

So perhaps you are an ex-goverment employee who actually helped wrongfully convict or incarcerate Dr. Sasaki or others. Maybe you are related to one of Dr. Sasaki's lawyers, prosecutors or judges. Perhaps you fear retaliation from DEA, DoJ, IRS, whites, Jewish, rich people, or whoever.

If knowing who you are is not important to the info, evidence, or help that you provide, we do not need to know who you are.

Simply contact us anonymously using an alias that you will never forget & others won't guess or discover. For example call yourself, "Shallow Throat 747" or something. For added security, we will provide you a reference code that you must use to redeem the reward. Based on this, we will proceed & eventually pay you anonymously as well (your choice how as long as it is not illegal).

However, be aware that not revealing your identity can make your information, advice, or help not credible or possibly not attributable to you (eg, You anonymously contact us saying that you sent out messages to press. Later you claim that one of the press that contacted us learned about us through you. But we can't verify because you are anonymous & the press has to keep their sources anonymous or wants the money themselves). Another example, is if someone intercepts your nickname & reference code & we pay them. Yet another example, is how would we know that you were the person who helped us convince the person to help us if you remain anonymous?

To the extent allowable by law, we will keep your identity &/or the amount paid to you a secret.

Even if you cannot provide any evidence, information, or help, you can receive a bounty/finder's fee by being a "Facilitator", connecting us to someone(s) who can (ie, "Helper").

Facilitator(s) who wins the bounty must:

a) connect us with the Helper(s) who eventually wins the reward as described above.

b) not just supply the name & contact info but actually facilitate & help convince the person(s) to help & continue to help (ie, "Helper"). Or perhaps provide us the means or advice on how to convince/persuade the Helper to help (eg, let us know that one of the Helper's own relatives was also wronged by the same prosecutor).

c) have a good idea of what evidence, info, or help can potentially be provided by the Helper & why they would be willing to help (so not just saying, "oh this a list of 20 criminal law lawyers who could help").

d) The 3 person expert panel will decide the Facilitator(s) who earn the bounty & what share of the bounty each receives. In fact, withholding help, info, &/or evidence may only hurt you as not only may someone else provide it before you & then receive credit, but it may also be later revealed that you withheld this info, evidence, &/or help which may come back to haunt you (ie, the public will villify you as standing by doing nothing as an innocent man remained convicted).
